90-Minute Session

Service Description

A longer 90-minute massage session targeting your pain points and areas of discomfort. This custom massage is more than just the techniques applied, it’s the products used and application of heat and cold that can really make a difference. This include the use of hot towels on the back, feet, and/or neck. Cold is used at times when muscles seem to be inflamed or the pain levels experienced by the client have reached unbearable levels. I use what I believe to be the most pure massage and essential oils. All massage oils are made from 100% organic fractionated coconut oil and infused with 100% organic essential oils. I understand that some may be allergic to oils, sensitive to scents, or prefer a lotion be used. Hypoallergenic and scent free lotion or oil (Jojoba) are available upon request.
